Meet Jim Dickey

Jim Dickey
Vice President & Managing Director – Government

Co-founder and Vice President of Guidon Performance Solutions, Jim Dickey has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to founding Guidon, Jim was a Vice President and internal consultant with JP Morgan Chase where he pioneered a groundbreaking approach to manage capacity and staffing in highly complex, highly variable operating environments. Jim’s work in this area resulted in significantly improved operating efficiencies for his clients and dramatic financial returns for the firm.

Jim was also instrumental in the migration of Lean Six Sigma into the financial services arena. In a variety of engagements Jim was able to assist his clients in achieving the double-digit improvements in growth, productivity and quality through innovative applications of lean manufacturing and performance management.

In previous roles Jim was a senior regional manager with responsibility for check processing. In this position Jim successfully led significant cultural and operating transformations, which resulted in dramatic business growth and improved operating margins.

Jim is a graduate of Franklin University with a degree in Accounting. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two daughters.
