Arizona employers are grappling with mind-numbing details of the new health care reform law, wondering how they will be impacted and what they need to do now to prepare.

Nearly every day, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announces new clarifications of various aspects of the Affordable Care Act.

Ron Wince, CEO of Guidon Performance Solutions in Mesa, said the law is so complicated that it will take awhile for technical corrections and clarifications to be made.

“New processes are going to be created,” he said. “Right now, nobody knows what those processes are going to look like.”
